S.W.I.S.H. is a player development program, dedicated to the task of helping to mold physically and emotionally healthy youth, through the sport of basketball. Players will learn and perfect the fundamentals of basketball including passing, dribbling, ball handling and shooting. 


At S.W.I.S.H. players increase their basketball I.Q., master the art of teamwork, sportsmanship and acquire valuable life skills that will help lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Participants of the S.W.I.S.H. program will ultimately increase confidence, self-esteem and build their overall character.


The founders of S.W.I.S.H. have devoted their careers to children and youth in various capacities and over time have recognized the increased need for a program that not only teaches young people how to shoot and dribble, but one that will encourage active, healthy physical and emotional lifestyles early on, which will produce adults with the same healthy habits.
