S.W.I.S.H. camps will be facilitated by Coach Jada Jordan who runs our training program and is the Girl’s Varsity Basketball Coach at Holy Spirit Preparatory School.

(Girls Grades 6th-8th)

Campers will focus on individual skills improvement including passing, dribbling, ball handling & shooting. Along with fundamental stations, campers will be introduced to footwork and agility drills, participate in 3 on 3 competitions and full court games. Daily games competitions and contests will be held as well, including individual improvement contests and “challenge the coach” games.

(Girls Grades 9^th-12^th)

Older athletes will focus on improving and developing the skill sets they already have and learn new skills to improve shooting, offensive ability and defensive quickness. In addition to more challenging fundamental skills development drills, campers will participate in 3 on 3 & full court games & activities. Daily games, competitions and contests will be held as well, including individual improvement contests and “challenge the coach” games.
