How often do you need to just EXHALE? Even if you don't get the opportunity to exhale everytime you need it, S.W.I.S.H. is offering you the chance to do so at least once a week. Our signature "Exhale" program is designed specifically for parents/guardians of players enrolled in our basketball training program.
S.W.I.S.H. will offer seminars once a week and classes will be held during basketball training sessions. We will discuss a plethora of different topics including self-care, stress management, teen issues, nutrition, etc.
While your child is developing their physical skills, feel free to join the other parents/guardians to unwind and EXHALE. There may even be times where you get treated to chair or foot massages, but you have to come to find out!
In addition, after each class your name will be entered for a drawing at the end of the month for special treats which could include spa gift certificates and other self care and pampering items. The more you come, the better your chances of winning the grand prize!
Please Email Twilynn directly at Exhale@SwishBasketball365.com for rates and information regarding"Exhale" workshops for those who do not have players enrolled in S.W.I.S.H. basketball training.
